Not good from heart, no ventillation, not noose barrier

Killam propertys is a great place to live eceryone is very friendly and very welcoming. They keep the buildings and outside very well kept it is a beautiful place for me and my family to call home! We look forward to being here for a long time!

I have lived here for 15 years. Location is great, my son goes to DSA so it's not far to get him there. Apartment is a good size, wish it had a balcony. Would be nice if there was more than 1 washer and 1 dryer for the 15 apartments in our building. It would also be nice to be able to load money on laundry cards via online banking, or another alternative then the machines we currently use.

I have been living here since two years and so far my experience has been really wonderful. The location is great given its proximity to both Dartmouth and Halifax downtowns. Although there is no gym the rent sufficiently makes up for free open and street parking and really quiet surroundings. The maintainence department is very responsive and staff are very cordial. The nearby trail offers good views of halifax downtown and is great for running and jogging exercises during the summer.

I have lived with killam approaching five years. What i have noticed is the staff are friendly and professional! The other residents have been hit or miss over the years. If you are considering killam know the currwnt resident have standards for the buildings and this place is not run sown! If you do not have intents to be a community member taking care of the buildings as if they were your own, look else where! As a current resident, i only want neighbours who respect the property and maintain cleanliness
