Lack of amenities and inability to control heat is not worth paying $1500

my experience is good just the noise not a sound proof place the staff are great that work for killam they work hard at doing a great job . my only complaint would be when i changed over to another internet provider on saturday the office is closed they had no key for the company to access the electrical room but they had one for the other internet company , I had to call after hours to access the electrical room someone let them in and said it was for emergencies only , thankfully the resident manger was kind to let him in so he could do his work

The staff is so amazing. I put in a low priority maintenance request and within a fee hours, someone was there. The rent prices are unbeatable for the area and the company keeps the building spotless
