Very friendly. management awesome. parking outside is so close that you cannot get into your car door. passenger has to wait til driver pulls out in order to get in.

Overall the building is very good, a little dated and lacking in things that would make the experience much more positive for younger residents. For the last year lots of work has been done on first the stairwells and now the roof that results in a not-insignificant amount of noise. Further as Tenants move out apartments get renovated, which also adds to some ambient background noise. However, most of this occurs during the work for so is easily avoidable.

Moved into the apartment mid Oct 2022 into one of the renovated units. Very nicely done and a very quiet building and the staff and neighbors are very friendly.
