Very convienent area, lots of amenties close by as well as public transit. Communcation is very seldom when it comes to problems in the residence or with neighbours.

I lived here for 4.5 years and for the most part it was good. When new owners bought things slowed down a bit with work orders and maintenance. New Superintendents are amazing. Tyler and Laurenda really stepped up and did a lot of work on their own and spent their own money to make the tenants happy. Building is kept clean, and is fairly quiet.
