Pearl apartments

Was overcharged monthly, never received a detailed copy of cleaning costs after end of lease and move out after months of asking for, physically cleaned apartment thoroughly took pictures and was charged twice the monthly amount for cleaning

Great, Affordable Apartments

The Pearl is a great place to live. The units are some of the cheapest you can find in this economy but they don’t feel cheap. Cooling and heating work amazing, and if any appliance starts to break down management is pretty quick to fix it. I like having an on-site laundromat and front office mail receiving. Also the office often hosts events for holidays, including games, prizes, and food for residents. Great community.

I believe that the rest of the apartment complex is being up to date whereas the park is being left broken and unaccommodated
