living here the past few years has been alright, but with new changes comes more stress. love having a patio, but it is controversial with not everyone having to "follow the same rules". Why can't a privacy screen be up, but MULTIPLE residents can have literal piles of trash and animal feces all over?..... along with not all car tags being used and or expired tags on many with "no permit" sticker cars parking under RESERVED parking's. But location isn't bad and close to main roads so that is nice.

Our living experience here has been well for the 7 months we have been living here , the few issues we have is the paid covered parking - with people that do not pay or have permit parking pass/Sticker, notice booting has been taken more play in the month of April, but the 6 moths before hand nothing was being done, that would be much appreciated. It would be nice if there was maybe bigger additional signage that displayed parking pass only on the covered parking; Along with lights under the covered parking's do not work all. Additionally, if the notice papers for anything could be given day of printing, there's been a few moments in the time frame we have been here that notice papers are given quite last minute... ( Example : the day of fire alarm/co2 checks we only received the paper 4pm, April 22nd, when the entering of apartments were being conducted 23rd-24th the next day, notice paper was made and printed April 15th...) What we appreciate most about our apartment is location and that we have an outdoor patio that we can enjoy the weather on and yes we would recommend these apartments.
