Decent place to live

The apartments are cozy and decently priced though rent keeps going up every year. Maintence is usually quick, and parking is fine. They do a weird non-transparent electricity bill though which always leaves me feeling like I don't know if that's actually how much I used in electricity.

ADA compliance

There isnt a way for people with wheelchairs to enter the building. The railings are falling off on the southside staircases making them more dangerous to use. If you are able-bodied this is a great place to live in every other way. I hope that this gets fixed and the owners take this into consideration when planning renovations in the future. We could use a ramp for the first floor and railings that are anchored into the wall at the very least.

Great location right downtown in one of the best neighborhoods in Albuquerque. For the price its hard to beat how conveniently placed it is . The maintenance guy is amazing and staff is very fair .
