Property Review
Overall crystal ridge is a good place to live. I’ve been a resident here for 3 years and I like the location. The staff is overall good but it is difficult to get a hold of people and management can sometimes be u responsive to emails. The amenities need work. The pool is ok, the gym was renovated but there are issues with the equipment and they have been non operational for months. We pay an amenity fee but the gym equipment remains damaged and unusable.

Peaceful, Clean, accessible
I am living here from last few couple of months nd find this community very accessible and Clean. Only thing which disappoints me is the Amenities and Maintenance.

I have lived here for 1 year and overall have been satisfied. Always enough parking, very quiet, and friendly people.
