Parking and club house access

My only issue is the lack of parking space for residence. The parking should be numbered and assigned to the residence. My other issue with the property is the community area (i.e. the game room area) closes at 6 pm. If you have young children there is no game room for them but you pay a fee for a area that your children cannot use pass 6 pm. If you live there you should have key fob access.
