Moved in a month ago and I like it here. I have a one bedroom apartment and it is spacious for one person. When I moved in, the apartment looked like it was freshly painted and the wooden floors are well kept. The neighbors are friendly and the landscaping is beautiful.

Love apartment

Great maintenance staff since Jesse Historically have not always been able to reach staff in office (or receive call backs) after lease has been signed but was able to reach staff at last 2 phone calls in late 2024 Grounds well kept Neighbors are lovely! No amenities to speak of and parking is challenging at times. Parking issues have also improved since late 2024. Apartments are not sound proof and this is an issue but overall I am very happy here.

Initial Move In

Katharine was great through the whole application and move in process. Jesse has been great as well touching things up. However there are NO lights in the bedroom or living room which is absolutely ridiculous and was not disclosed. Not sure if every apartment is like that, but it is obsurd that there are lights in the bathroom and kitchen but not in primary living spaces
