The building is quiet , neighbors are respectful . Porperty managsr is on point .. maintenance team is efficient .

My apartment

Honestly, the apartment is not bad I love it. But, I wish the landlord can do better to resolve the main entrance issues. During the school hours, the entrances be blocked by the students front and the back smoking or busy doing whatever and they won’t even bother to get out of the way for you to pass sometimes. Because i have to drop off or pick up my kids for school while the entrances are blocked by the students or a group of people smoking and we inhaled the smoke this puts our health at risk . This is my concern and I have a toddler. We also need a parking lot, your have parking lots for the other two buildings around us except our building.If your can please work on that getting us a parking lot we appreciate it. The buildings your provide them a parking lots,we all passed through the same process to get the apartment. Please we also need a parking lot.

Maintenance Declining

Living here for a WHILE and the units/buildings are falling apart Only 1-2 maintenance people for multiple building therefore, it takes weeks for anything to be fixed The only plus is in-unit washer/dryer & diswasher The area is slowly gentrifying so it’s mostly quiet during the day as people are at work/kids at school

My experience

No complaints about the noise , everything is really nice. The upleep of the property on the oerimeter and in the parking lot could be better. More trash cans are needed for better waste managemenr . Sometimes the trash chutes stay full for too long .
