Increase laundry capacity

Good place to live with most things at walking distance. Albert is extremely friendly and available to help with any issues. Laundry is only at the basement of one of one of the buildings and hence, is a little difficult to use for people in the other building.

Problems that we've encountered: - rain water seeped through the walls and damaged walls inside. The issue was never taken care of, except the fact that Super came and re-painted the walls. - heating radiators banging in the winter season. The bangs are so loud that it wakes us up in the night. - old flimsy windows. The sound go through these windows like there are no windows at all. - there is a garbage truck coming twice a week (including Saturday morning 5 am) to the office building next door. I was not expecting to experience so noisy environment in such a quiet town. - constant emergency water shut offs.
