Great place, people that mow the lawn could put back door mat nd pick up trash everything blows everywhere

Tanyatd is a great environment to live in also a good location. Schools system is amazing

I have reached out to this company numerous times and nobody has ever gotten back to me. Nor have The answered the phone. I would love to have my daughter live there with her son and daughter, but nobody has responded and there’s a long waitlist from what I understand.

My experience living is here is good, but I wish there was more staff for the Maintenace. It's hard when you put in a request, and it takes a couple of days to get stuff fix. They need to hire more Maintenace for this property. The landlord she never in her office or doesn't know how to return calls or email. She doesn't let her tenants knows when there's problems on their account and let them know or bring them in the office to see if they can fix it before they get put out. I hope she can get better. They need to upgrade the appliances for each apartment, or it all depends how the tenant's been there. When doing any Maintenace work they should leave a note that the Maintenace enter the apartment. They need to hire more staff when the landlord is out, she needs another person in the office to help her out instead of waiting for her to come. She also needs a work phone so she can answer it when we need her. All this needs to be done and do it fast. If not, her tenants will go over her head but it's hard to get a hold of her boss because she doesn't answer either. When we have a problem who we should go to and call. We need to have more parking because every time we come home, someone else takes it. They need to go to visitor parking. Also put up a sign to stop parking on the entrance way, it's too dangerous. Please Park in the visitor and stop parking near the entrance, it's hard for cars to go in.
