Spring Mill Appartments

I like living and love my apartment for the most part. Things don't get done as they should. But we have no control. No one likes the land lady, you tell her something that needs to be done. She looks at you and laughs at everyone. Hope things get better, but I don't see that happening anytime soon!

I’ve been here for 21 years, the kids here are very disrespectful and obnoxious.. The management tries to get over people by coercing them to sign paperwork and threatening to evict them if they don’t sign paperwork that she has provided.. For years pets were allowed with no pet fee, now all of a sudden management decides that they want $350.00 per animal with a non- refundable fee and if you don’t sign or pay your going against your lease and will be evicted! Now for people who have been there for years with animals they are being forced to pay this pet fee!! So if you want to reside in a place where the management changes the rules to fit her needs this is the place for you!! Maintenance is only doing their job as required by management!!
