Be very careful before renting here. We were misled from day one about utilities (more than $100 for water "average" charges, more than 300 for electricity) , cleanliness, and amenities. The electrcuc car charges never worked, despite all false promises High hidden costs, poor maintenance, and dishonest communication from management made this a very unpleasant eexperience.

No one answers their emails when I contact the office. It took months to get a new washing machine. I literally got locked inside the apartment one night.
