location is very good and enjoys the Gym but overall maintenance is not up to the mark, no one picks up the phone in the office.

Deer Creek is perfectly located near Princeton --and all the shopping you need to do. It also has a great path to run, walk or bike called Lenape Trail, and plenty of parking. I lived on the second floor and lucky enough all my neighbors were good, quiet. My apartment was completely renovated, so it was beautiful.

For what they charge here you're getting hosed. if all you care about is the schools then go for it but if you would like to live like a human being then it is a hard pass in my opinion. office staff is nice though lol
