Signed the lease but haven't fully moved-in yet. I've been experiencing issues with the resident portal because there's no option to put in maintenance requests - I sent an email and still haven't heard back yet. Also having issues with the ADT system and some other items.

The apartment itself is overall fine, although the occasional failure of utility such as electricity and heat can be annoying. The maintenance staff is really helpful and always responsive. The leasing office is friendly, but when i first signed the place without knowing which unit is facing what direction, the leasing office told me the wrong information and wrongly charged me for a higher price. This issue was resolved after i moved in and realized my unit does not match the description given by the leasing office. The amenities, including the club house and dog baths, were promised initially to be finishing construction by “early fall” yet its well into december now and its nowhere near finished. The trash valet seevice that was shown as part of the package when i signed the lease is also no longer available.

I have here nearly 1 year. I liked the calm location and the surroundings. The school is very near and the bus comes inside the apartment. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the station and for the grocery stores. The rent is bit more, but this place is good to live, I recommend.
