Seems like there could be some improvement in some of the decks being covered in moss.. They were all supposed to be painted before but never were.

The apartment itself is reasonably well-maintained. The living spaces are adequate, providing enough room for personalization and comfort. However, the building could benefit from some updates, particularly in the communal areas, which feel a bit outdated and lack some of the modern conveniences one might expect. The management team is generally responsive, though there have been instances where communication could have been more prompt. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, but the quality of the repairs can sometimes be inconsistent. Noise levels vary.
