My family and I have been living here for 4 years this coming November. The neighborhood is great. The parking could absolutely be better. The noise isn't bad unless you have neighboring tenants who play their music or tv too loud. Maintenance is great as they are super efficient and timely. The rent is decent. The only issue I have with the yearly rent increase is that there is nothing to show where my increase is going. The apartments are outdated and during the winter months, the parking lots and pathways are not properly cared for. Brookchester apartments always has better maintenance when the snow falls.

Quiet and peaceful. The only cons is the clogged kitchen sink and bath tub. Hoping that they will have a repainting of the house and pest control annually.

Parking is such an issue especially with the weather, There are cars that are never moved during these storms, and cars that do not reside within the complex parking in the lot. I have two small children and it's frustrating having to park so far from where we live.
