Milford Arms Apartments

A very clean and quiet place to live. Im living here more then 18 year ago. A nice appartment complex.

Neighbors can be a bit noisy. Parking is not great. Other than that, good living space, and clean property.

definitely one of the best places in the area, no complaints at all. David is a great guy and very helpful with all the processes.

I have been living here for nearly 20 years'. It is one of the better apartment complexes in the area. I have always felt safe living here - even when I worked the night shift and came home late at night, as there are security cameras and, most recently, more lighting and cameras have been added. The new property manager - David - is great! He listens to your concerns, asks for your input and takes care of any issues and/or concerns that you may have in a timely manner. He is very personable and an asset to Milford Arms! Ever since David has been here, you can see the much-needed improvements that are being done around the complex. It's great to finally have a property manager that is pro-active and who takes care of things. Mark, the maintenance man, is great! He is always hard at work and gets things done! Mark is an asset to Milford Arms, as well!

It's such a pleasure to have David as our new manager! He is very polite, professional and attentive in listening to your concerns. If something needs to be fixed, he is on it right away. In the short time that David has been here, you can see the much needed improvements being done around the complex. Mark, our maintenance man - as always - is a dedicated and hard worker, who takes care of the inside and outside of the apartments! I've lived here for almost 20 years'. I always felt that it is one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. There is plenty of parking and the on-site laundry rooms are a plus. Even though I've always felt safe here, the security cameras and the extra lighting are an added security feature.

Nice and quiet . Centrally located. Grounds are very well kept. Wish there was a change machine in the laundry rooms ??
