Not the best living experience here, rent too high for not that great of a place
Clean Bright Community
I love living at The Agnes. The amenities are top of the range (especially the gym and the pool). The neighbors in the building are all super friendly and foster a welcoming community. Parking is a little run down as they haven’t finished putting up the permanente fence and my car always gets hit by the tarp they have hanging over the current fence. The dog park is wonderfully located just next to the apartment, but could use a power wash as it can be a bit gross at times. Next Door Provisions is the resturant downstairs in the lobby at it is a 10/10. They are always hosting fun community events and chef ruby makes the most mouth watering food you will taste. It’s a treat to have that as an option so close to my apartment.
Good but the value isn’t there for the price
The apartments are beautiful but for the price you pay it’s hard to find the value. With leaking floors in common areas, trash rooms that you have to squeeze yourself into from time to time and the rush job that was done while the building was being built(Cracking paint, crooked outlets and cabinet doors) this building has a lot of promise but definitely has some work to do to be considered the luxury building.
