Had a rocky first half of my lease with maintenance issues, but once the issue was resolved, it was ok though it took MONTHS of constant complaints). The construction all day, every day next door is tough when you work from home. But the space of the apartment, and staff is friendly. Amenities are good for the ones I use. Parking is steep in price and the app is not great for having to use as you drive to open gates.

We moved here a year ago and will likely stay till my boys graduate from high school. It's so convenient, the amenities are great (although I would LOVE for them to fix the outdoor movie projector!) and the staff are amazing, esp Lizette and Giselle!
