Let me say this is home, and I love my apartment, the location, the lobby (esp during Xmas), and most importantly- the staff: everyone from the all the concierge (Alyssa, Tinicka, Malia, Rory, and Quam) and the maintenance team! However, in my 3 years living here, I have noticed consistent degrading of the property: 1) The gym has gotten worse- the TV stream doesn't work, the bikes need major upgrades. Hello, Peloton?! 2) And outside: That grey slab wall that was supposed to be for outdoor movies never was, 3) The space opposite the dog run is underutilized. You should add outdoor lounge furniture 4) Convert bike storage room to an indoor pickleball court 5) Terminate Parkade, 6) Increase the hours of the shuttle, 7) Add back the bike rental station that used to be there! 8) And push the city to fix that eyesore of Coles Park that was once not one-but two- dog parks AND playgrounds!!!

Had a rocky first half of my lease with maintenance issues, but once the issue was resolved, it was ok though it took MONTHS of constant complaints). The construction all day, every day next door is tough when you work from home. But the space of the apartment, and staff is friendly. Amenities are good for the ones I use. Parking is steep in price and the app is not great for having to use as you drive to open gates.
