Soho is So Nice!

We moved here a year ago and will likely stay till my boys graduate from high school. It's so convenient, the amenities are great (although I would LOVE for them to fix the outdoor movie projector!) and the staff are amazing, esp Lizette and Giselle!

You are just a number

Great place to live. Only 3 complaints: Lack of security- anyone can come in and out of the building. An elevator is always broken. They don’t value you as a great tenant. It’s only a number. Our rent was raised by $600. We understand the market can influence. But why not care a little about the tenant? We’ve always paid on time, we rent cabanas and social spaces out throughout the year (we spend extra money in building), we have lived here for 3 years now, we are great neighbors, we never complain to staff or management. None of this matters. What matter is you pay or you leave, no solidarity.

overall happy with apartment

staff is great, maintenance is consistently helpful, and apartment is a good size with amenities we wanted. however, a/c issues over the summer and pretty expensive for an underdeveloped area. convenient if you work in the suburbs but want to be close to manhattan.

Great Place to Live

Soho Lofts has an abundance of great amenities. Views of the NYC Skyline combined with a great staff make the place beautiful. Shuttle system to the NJ Path Station is ideal too, plus maintenance crew cleans the entire property daily ensuring that each day starts of fresh and clean. Only knock is it is right off the Holland Tunnel so traffic can be somewhat of a pain getting into and out of the property on Jersey Ave during morning and afternoon rush hour.

Soho Lofts 2023

We have lived in the Soho Lofts since fall 2021. Full 24/7 staff on duty and someone is always available if there are any issues. Gym and pool deck are the best amenities especially compared to the surrounding buildings in the area. Full parking garage on site, and shuttle service to/from the path. Only drawback is the location compared to nearby restaurants/coffee shops. Otherwise highly recommended!
