Great space. Very noisy.

Great community with lots of families and young adults. Great perk to have the park across the street but can add to difficulties finding parking during peak times such as weekends and evenings. The apartment itself is very spacious and was recently renovated. Very happy with the apartment itself. The downside is the outside and hallways are poorly maintained. There is always trash on the lawn and footpath. Part by poor habits from tenants and part due to the indivudial to takes out the trash on trash day does not tidy up after disposal. Extremely noisy neighbors. Lots of kids running up and down the stairs and slamming the entry door which makes it very difficult to enjoy any downtime in the bedroom on the front of the apartment.
