Had a rough time moving in initially, however the staff there have been amazing and very friendly. Even the support team communicates very well and is also very responsive. Solid building to live in.

Under 1 year. Overall the experience here is good. Amenities are good but the upkeep could be better (the dog park waste bins could be emptied out more regularly for sanitary reasons, but more leg equipment in the gym i.e., leg extension + leg curl hybrid is one piece of equipment. Parking is crowded and very very tight. Service is good the staff is good.

Great building! I face the train tracks and the windows are so well at blocking rhe sound i can barely hear them. Overall buillding is really nice and well maontained, the staff is always nice and helpful. Really enjoying living here.

Great location to be able to commute to work in New York City and Explore New Jersey, Modern Luxury Building Great Staff, Very nice Rooftop for Events , Relax , Views and BBQ. Gym is a big plus and the Basketball court is my favorite addition. I will continue to enjoy my residence here for the next 18 months
