Laundry missing else descent

Laundry missing even though there is ample space in basement/storage to install 1 for 6 apts in the building. Suggested to install paid one like Payrange or other, but no response. Location is the best. Maintenance is I guess once a week but not bad. Basement stinks, may be because garbage/trash is collected there. Overall not bad. Laundry is missing and is big time issue.

Disappointed

They are constantly smoking downstairs. This lady across the hall keeps banging on the walls. Then when i ask them to stop i get hit with a fee on my rent? Like yall are bugging. There has been kitty litter in the hallway for over a week. I asked them to fix a leak in my ceiling. They said it was fixed and then my tv got destroyed cause of the leak. Then when the city comes for inspection they want to properly fix the leak and paint. Thats slum lord behaivor
