I have lived here for 3 years, staff are always friendly and keep the property clean, However I have had packages stolen many times but others in the building

The laundry room washing machines are constantly broken and unreliable. The cost of one load is expensive compared to the value and the time spent guessing if it will be done.

Door is really always slamming and people are outside smoking constantly that it's impossible to get fresh air inside the apartment. Laundry is usually broken or takes forever.
