Bright lights in windows at night, over aggressive parking

have lived in 2 units here and in both there is incredible bright lights shining in the windows at night. This will be especially bad for anyone who lives in the new bulding on the north side. Granted, the bright lights are not on the property but maybe the management company could contact the other business in the area with the bright floodlights and pay to retrofit them with top mounted reflectors that aim the light downwards (which is the original purpose). The parking management is over-aggressive and I have known several people who had guests that got their car towed. You cant get a parking pass before 5pm? What if your guest arrives at 5 pm. There is a huge open parking lot, I dont know why they are spending so much time and money enforcing it with the ample space. Also with the exorbitant amount that these units cost I would think that the staff (though most of the front desk are helpful) would be more helpful and accommodating. There's so many rules and regulations, I'm moving out as soon as is convenient. Maintenance and custodial staff are all great.
