Always Pros and Cons

I have been living here for a year now. There are many pros - maintenance staff are great at taking care of needs in the apt, cleaning staff do their best to keep the common areas clean, the leasing office is efficient in responding to your needs, fun, creative monthly residence events and the complex has great amenities. The cons - the ongoing construction of the other printhouse complexes has been a sore spot, some residence clearly have no respect for rules or other people (pet owners don't pick up after their pets, some walk around the lobby wet after the pool leaving a trail of water), and the concierge staff is always changing (thanks goodness for Sammy who is professional and has been there since I moved in).

A great location

The Printhouse apartments is a great location and a short drive to NYC. The staff are all very welcoming and really friendly. The amenities cover all needs, in my opinion, and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. The residents are all lovely people to be around and in summary the Printhouse is the place to be!
