Love my new place, been here for one year, everything is first class construction. Outside noise or noise from neighbors are non existant. The appliances are top notch, building is secure, area is very safe, great diverse neighbors, everyone seems to be professional and respectful, NO LOW INCOME residents. Management is on top of everything. Very responsive. Parking is great if you have one car, but mutiple cars is a huge problem.

It is a great building with good great quality construction. Very quiet, too.

Lived here a few months, and loving it so far! There's so many great restaurants within walking distance, a little park across the street, and only a few blocks away from NJ Transit bus station, making the location perfect. The building itself is kept very clean, no noise issues, good building security and mailing system. Also, staff is wonderful, all really nice and helpful

I've lived here for about 2 weeks but love it. On Site Building Managers are responsive and will fix issues (almost none) if needed. Apartments are well built and it's a cozy cute apartment.

What I like the most about this apartment is that it is a luxury apartment, that doesn't offer the "luxury" price tag. The location is in the heart of town & the property manager/employees are very attentive.
