Yall are not great at communicating ANYTHING. The pool, maintenance requests, or even being in person to answer things.

It takes so long maintence to fix anything, I want to know what happen to Justin he was awesome he would fix the problem that day or next day and the leasing office has a bad attitude it's like they don't care about the issue the apartment is having, it's like we are bothering them when we call to address issues, the pool has been closed for almost all summer they never had answer why the pool isn't open. I don't know what happen in the years but when we moved in the first year the leasing office was awesome and now the people seem like they don't care about the tenants issues very disappointing
