I have notified mgmt multiple times about a tenant in 15923 who continues to smoke on her patio, on the ground floor. I was. I was advised to call the security company. This has not been addressed with the tenant directly; instead mass emails and fliers have been given to all residents reminding them of the smoking policy. This is unacceptable. Last night, again, she was smoking outside, which wafts into my unit on the second floor. Can this please be addressed/resolved ASAP. It is significantly worse on the weekends. Thank you.
