I first moved in to the Plaza Apartments towards the beginning and have enjoyed my time here thus far. The number one thing about the complex is its location. Being on the south side of town, it is just across the street from the mall, which also means easy access to all the businesses around the mall. There is a gas station just down the block, a grocery store and bar also across the street, and Walmart just a 5 minute (if even) drive away. Anything you could possibly need all within 10 minutes of driving maximum. I also love all the amenities the complex has to include assigned, underground, heated parking, a fitness center, indoor trash chute, an entertainment room that includes a den and full kitchen to host parties, and a public patio that offers multiple grills, sun bathing and a hot tub. It is also pet-free which I personally appreciate due to prior experiences of waking up to barking dogs at 3 am when I was living elsewhere. Overall it is a fairly quiet, convenient, and peaceful location that is in great condition and with great features.

We’ve been here a week. We lthink the decor choices are nice in the apartment. Its a mile in a half to work and the workout and community rooms are well done.

Very happy here. Hope rent increases do not force us to move. 76 yoa, Retired on a fixed income. Would like this to be our home in the future. Caela Donovan has been a pleasure to work with. People are using the parking area for a storage building. Me and my son, Commons, rent a storage building. No pets apartments is what we want. Our maintance request have been taken care of in a timely manner.
