Lived here for over a year and honestly, it's a great spot for the amount paid. I have not had any issues with my apartment. I do wish the garages were heated but it is good to have the covered spot as provided. Ensuite laundry like the newer Chateau apartments would be a plus if they add it in the future. I like the location, space, and rent.

I have been here for almost a year now and the place is great. I'm not a very fancy person so I'll say to most places it provides a lot of items for both me and my grandmother to do. the rooms are nice and very modern. it is a very nice place to live in and I'm content in this place.
