Lived here for over a year and honestly, it's a great spot for the amount paid. I have not had any issues with my apartment. I do wish the garages were heated but it is good to have the covered spot as provided. Ensuite laundry like the newer Chateau apartments would be a plus if they add it in the future. I like the location, space, and rent.
