I have lived here for 8 years and it is great other than the rates keep increasing. I wish they would go back to paying the water each unit uses instead of the formula used to figure it out. My almost doubled since you started that way.

I have lived at the Commons for about two years now. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. I love the amenities that are offered and they do a wonderful job with the upkeep at the apartment complex. I would highly recommend!

The Garage is oversized which is a plus. The staff is wonderful, and i’ve only had a few maintenance calls that were taken care of right away. The apartment is relatively quiet, except for the kids upstairs having gymnastics practice. That’s a separate issue that will vary from place to place. Overall I enjoy staying at Valley Rental apartments.

Lived there one year. Indoor pool cold. Hottub green by friday. Fire alarm goes off at 3am. Thin walls. Pipes not well insulated so in winter they burst. Efficiency is like living in a closet.

I have lived here a few years. It’s been mostly good. It’s close to shopping easy to access parking can be a problem at certain times, but when more people live in the property that’s expected. The main thing I like is that the electricity is included, and the garage is a very good size. I can’t close the review without saying how friendly the staff is, and the maintenance staff does a pretty good job when problems arise.
