Overall Good Value

The Garage is oversized which is a plus. The staff is wonderful, and i’ve only had a few maintenance calls that were taken care of right away. The apartment is relatively quiet, except for the kids upstairs having gymnastics practice. That’s a separate issue that will vary from place to place. Overall I enjoy staying at Valley Rental apartments.

Bad build

Lived there one year. Indoor pool cold. Hottub green by friday. Fire alarm goes off at 3am. Thin walls. Pipes not well insulated so in winter they burst. Efficiency is like living in a closet.

Thanks for your feedback. Our indoor pool is heated, but we’ll gladly check the temperature if it ever feels off. Our team monitors the hot tub regularly and addresses any issues ASAP. Fire alarms are never fun at 3 AM, but they’re an important part of community safety. We do our best to insulate pipes, but extreme winters can be tough—we’re always improving where we can. As for our efficiency apartments, they’re cozy by design, but we have larger options for those needing more space. If you’d like to chat, we’re happy to connect!

Honest Review

I have lived here a few years. It’s been mostly good. It’s close to shopping easy to access parking can be a problem at certain times, but when more people live in the property that’s expected. The main thing I like is that the electricity is included, and the garage is a very good size. I can’t close the review without saying how friendly the staff is, and the maintenance staff does a pretty good job when problems arise.

Great location for medical professional, only 4 minutes from the hospital. Awesome workout area. Safe-feeling atmosphere.
