Overpriced .No amenities. Smells like raw fish in hallway.

My opinion doesn't matter. I would recommend staying 24 hrs in the unit you want prior to leasing. Definitely have patience. You will need it.

Southpoint

I've lived here for 4 months. Upstairs neighbors are loud and neighbors across the hall are arguing constantly but their dinner smells good. I enjoy the central air and garage space. Although microwave light button is broken and management wouldn't replace it. It was broken before I moved in. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay. My neighbors are leaving due to a 25% hike in rent. If the same happens for me upon renewal I wouldn't renew.
