The rent pricing is okay, but this is not a neighborly community. People now smoke inside the building and there are huge dogs everywhere.

Great living spaces, decent value, not managements fault but my upstairs neighbors are quite possibly the loudest people I’ve lived under in my 25 years of being in an apartment.

Great location and low price, however there have been many issues with appliances, doors breaking and the parking lot wasn’t plowed for a week after we got snow. Staff failed to fix our appliances (stove tops running hot and uneven, faucet breaking off) so we ended up doing it ourselves. I guess you get what you pay for
