Neighbor above me is unbelievably noisy. Thats ky biggest complaint. Id complain to the office but i know that residents cant get kicked out for being loud.

Great Place, High Price
The Legacy Apartments is a great complex with incredibly friendly staff and very speedy maintenance. Most apartments come with a garage at no additional charge. My only complaint is rent is very high considering we still have to pay for all additional utilities.
