It’s definitely not worth the rent price
My boyfriend and I moved in a couple days ago and the move in process was alright (though much longer than it shouldve been) however it has been almost impossible to get ahold of management with the maintenance issues weve found with the unit but not noted on the pre move in sheet. Our dishwasher doesnt drain, the shower faucet is detatched from the wall, our dryer doesn’t work, and theres a major fruit fly issue. The unit itself if beautiful there are just seem really gross issues that should not be an issue in the first three days of our lease. The complex is nice, and its in a really beautiful area, just definitley not worth the price you pay.
