Good place to live

I love the apartment and its quiet but i have people that like to slam their doors when they go in and out. Not making trouble just saying. Have respect for your neighbors. Other then that i love the shops that are close its like wheee i use to live new Orleans. Thank u for listening and have a great day

Staff can be nice or ignore any noise complaint you make

Staff will ignore noise conplaints and tell you you must call the cops instead of dealing with noisy neighbors. They also cut plenty of corners “renovating” our apartment, all the “new” trim and paint os already flaking off and half pf our outlets dont work. Everytime we have a maintence guy here its brought up and they say its “in the sytem”. Other times they are on the ball with everything and do maintence quick really depends on who gets your order or takes your call.

Decent apartments

Very decent apartments. I would definitely recommend to others for people starting out. Community laundry is troublesome with having to use multiple cycles to wash/dry.
