Solid Place
I have had an overall good experience living at the Haven. My place is comfortable and the apartment building offers some great amenities like the gym and patio. A few minor things are holding back from a 5-star review. Upstairs neighbors can be heard walking around and my shower water pressure is lackluster. Overall I'd give the Haven a 4/5,
The Haven
The Haven is a great place to live. The amenities are really nice, the units are spacious, the location is convienent, and it is great to have all utilities included.
Very icy sidewalks and parking lot
Everything about the building is great! Except the sidewalks/parking lot in the winter time are similar to a skating rink. They do provide a lot of great amenities and are good at keeping things clean inside the building. However, it is a risk to walk outside in the cold months because it is always very very very icy. I'm not sure why they don't do anything about it but I'm hoping next winter they will have a better game plan in place to make sure it's not so dangerous.
