The Grand off 45th

Location is great, amenities are great, the apartments are in great condition. Downsides are the size of the garages (too small).

Grand 3

I have lived in the property for just about 4 months and I think the maintenance is the bit that has not been up to par for the most part. The Gym is also poorly equipped in the grand 3.
