It’s a pretty nice place. In a great location

Rent prices increased by 20% last year. Pipes freeze in the winter and it’s an expectation you keep your heater i the garage running all winter which leads to extremely high electricity bills. Maintenance here responds quickly. Good location and close to nice park.
