There could still be improvements with the staff I've noticed with the changeover with staff one set of staff members versus the new staff don't understand your case for the fact that you're on social security and your rent is paid a couple days later than normal I've had this problem the whole time I've lived here then they want you to come up with a new set of paperwork that social security sometimes is not willing to give you and it can be chaotic and hectic however everything else has gotten a lot better the grounds have gotten better the buildings have gotten better but I would say the changing of the staff is the biggest problem because when we get new staff in they don't understand your case or what you're going through whether it's welfare social security and it can be very hard to explain to new people what's been going on when you've lived here for 8 years.. however like I said before everything else has gotten a lot better parking the grounds the courtyard they've really cleaned it up around here..

Its fine you do not have access to all of the ammenities

Like the place and it's peaceful for the most part

Over all it is a pleasent place to live.

These apartments seem really cheap for the price but then the rental company tells you about all the extra costs for them. Then they are marginal for the price.

I personally like living here.. I moved into my apartment here at Prairiewood Meadows apartments over 7 years ago... The staff is usually always available and quite helpful with everything... They make sure to give notices in advance for shutting off the water for repairs. Or posting notices on the doors about moving cars for parking lot clean out or snow removal ect... The maintenance techs are on time and are always very polite.. The grounds are kept pretty well... In the last year I have seen a bunch of new improvements around the property.. We just got new security doors on the building and brand new lights all the way down the hallways and a new paint job on the inside of the building.. The courtyard has gotten a lot of new improvements to like the new sod they just put down in the kids play area as well as the new swings.. The grass has all filled back in and it looks very nice... They upgraded the gym and the new workout equipment is amazing.. The location is great too... I walk Prairiewood Drive around Prairiewood Golf Course several days a week. The walk is beautiful at times of the year and the people are very friendly... Prairiewood is a great little neighborhood... Not to mention everything I need or want like the grocery store, the bank, my children's schools, the dentist office, the doctor's office, the neurologist office, the infusion center, South point therapy, The Anne Carlsen Center, The Fargo Dome, Scheels Arena, Hector International Airport, West Acres Mall, Marcus West Acres Cinema, Marcus Century Cinema, countless restaurants, ect are all a 5 to 15 minute drive from my apartment... I would have to say i could imagine living anywhere else... I like living here...
