We really like living at The Grand. The apartment is great, convenient parking close to our apartment, beautiful community room and the Staff have been great to work with!

When I first moved in the building was maintained so nicely and on a weekly basis. Now the carpets dont get vacuumed for months and just isnt cared for like before. paying a lot more now and getting less...sad

I just moved into The Grand Off 45th it has been about a week. Upon arrival I was greeted by the property manager who was so kind and welcomed me to the building. The staff answered promptly and with clear instructions/ solutions.

The only bad thing is the noise from 45th. Leaving the windows open during fall and spring to keep it cool result in hearing motorcycles seemingly racing in circles around the area. Otherwise, it's comfortable, feels safe, and close to shopping centers and interstate access.
