I'm shocked at how many times rent has increased in just a few short years. When my unit was posted, it posted at 1650. With no repairs, paint, carpet cleaning or general cleaning upon move in, you charged me 1850. I'll now be up to 2110. The value is not here. I'm a good renter and you will price me right out of this building and I'm disappointed.

The location is good and there is plenty of parking and garage space. The fridge does have water access, but when the filter needs to be replaced it’s better to do it yourself. Better to spend $40 than $100.

We are pleased with our town home living. Snow removal and lawn care improved this past year.Trash around buildings needs more attention. A notice to tenants for help might improve trash pickup.
