Good amenities
Eagle ridge has great amenities and the buildings are new however there have been a plethora of maintenance issues. Electrical issues along with in-unit repairs needed leads me to believe they were built fast and therefore lacked attention to detail. Great amenities but overall poor quality and I suspect within several years those flaws will show
