Perfect place if you want more than an apartment. It is a community.

Lived here for almost 6 months and i can honestly say i am so happy here. All of my neighbors are so kind and friendly, always saying hello :) Apt complex is ALWAYS very clean which is a plus All of the ammentities are great, indoor golf which is great for kids and adults, the outside patio grilling and hanging out is very nice and lets not forget the underground parking for our cold north dakota winters. The staff is wonderful, tara is always so kind and helpful and just am very happy to be living in such a amazing complex.

The building has been occupied for almost one year now, and I would not continue to rent from this property past my lease period. It's practically new, and looks very shiny and luxurious from afar or a brochure, but living on the property full-time is another story. The build quality = subpar (for the price), neighbor's appliances and footsteps often heard, and felt, throughout all times of the day. And I have never dealt with so many slamming doors in any other apartment complex as I have with this place (partly due to many of the tenants general lack of consideration, but mostly due to a complete absence of weather stripping or resistance to the apartment doors themselves closing). This is my first experience with prairie property management, and I can't say for certain if I would rent from them in the long-term.

I’ve been searching for almost the whole year for the perfect apartment, and finally, I found it here at Eagle Ridge Plaza not only were all the amenities included, which was such a plus it was clean, quiet and the staff was more than helpful and kind. I am so glad to have found a beautiful and comfortable place I can finally call my home, thank you!!

Area is under construction so daytime noise is expected and moderate, but interior doors can be heard closing from down the hall due to poor/lack of dampening features. Units are quite dusty and contain debris upon move in. Amenities are great and plentiful. Unit finishes are quite nice, but overall build quality is mediocre and I expect repairs and upgrades will be needed not far down the road.

Building problems everywhere. Here in just a few: no locks on entrance doors, I have to go to the post office to get my mail because there are no keys for the mailboxes, building is half way is finished but they asked us to move him, dryer keeps shutting off because of bad breaker (this keeps happening in other peoples apartments too), low pressure, underground parking is filthy with dirt and dust everywhere causing us to be brought inside, elevator doesn’t work they are still trying to fix this even though we have been there for a month.
