Things are really outdated and fixed/repaired cheaply. Electric coil stoves are so out of date, why not gas stoves, they are cheaper and more efficient to operate. Kitchen faucets that have sprayer attachments as part of the faucet, so much easier and less water to clean out the sinks, far more efficient. The walls are painted so thinly that it doesn't take much for the paint to chip, we are not destructive people but it really doesn't take much for this to happen. Cheaper is not always the best approach, fixing things right the first time goes a long way in the grand scheme of details.

I am really disappointed with the fact that there are no improvements made like newer appliances, replacing carpets, etc., but rent is always increased with every new lease agreement.
