Its hard to find good sized apartments for such a price.
Money friendly for rent
Its a nice place, people need to learn THEIR parking spots though! There are many open spots and this one person thinks they can park in my assigned spot! I dont understand why they do it. It has my apartment number on ot but whatever i guess. People are ignorant
More affordable than other areas.
I've lived at Highland Meadows for the past five years. I don't need much to keep me happy. It's quiet and has just what I need. Staff is friendly and is more affordable compared to other outrageous prices in town.
Nice Place
I've lived here for about two years and I am quite happy with the apartment and the neighborhood is nice as well. I wish there were washers and dryers in the apartments, but the laundry facility down by the leasing office is clean and well maintained.
Kindness matters
I am relocating for a job promotion in Minnesota. I was worried how i was going to find a place so quickly, but Tessa at rhe Bismarck office, was so kind and helpful providing me information about a transfer. This took so much stress off me knowing I had a place to live and eady transition.
