First month of being here so far has been nothing but enjoyable in my opinion. Sure there are a few hiccups here and there with plumbing or electrical from time to time. However, I havent had much of an issue getting it resolved in a timely matter. I do wish there was possibly a better way of getting a hold of someone about the apartment issues but for the kost psrt its never too much stress. Thanks again for having me and I hope to have a nice stay for the rest of the lease.

I have lived here for three years and am terminating my lease. The only thing I liked about my apartment is the location and that it is ground floor. Besides that I have not been impressed or enjoyed my stay. Staff is never available when trying to be reached over the phone and you have to email them several times to even get a response, when they do respond they fail to answer all of your questions. Maintenance never shows when requested and when they do it's not in a timely manner. Concerns with neighbors are ignored and multiple messages have to be sent before anything is responded to or even addressed. Even after the attempt to follow up, there is still silence following and no resolve. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms do not fully clean your clothes. The dryers consistenly leave clothes damp and multiple times the washers have been disgusting and full of soap. I have seen all of these things listed above happen to my other neighbors and am consistenly unimpressed which is why I am choosing to move.
