It's $4 to do a load of laundry. You live on the corner of a busy intersection, so leaving can be a struggle sometimes, but, otherwise a convenient location in town. The parking lot is full of potholes and you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are up to. However, the price is lower than most places and the police are very rarely needed here. The property management is great to work with and the maintainance guy is clearly doing the best he can given the state of the units.

Inside, my place is really nice. The staff is very friendly, and the maintenance was always quick to resolve any problems I had. My only gripe was it being so close to the interstate because of the constant car noise. If you are indoors with all the windows closed, it is fine - however, if you like to enjoy your balcony or open your windows you will always hear the interstate. The location is nice for travel, including close stores and busy roads to utilize. With the sewer, garbage and electricity being covered by the tenant, it can be a little spendy in regard to the location - with the rooms and design, it is a decent price. I am moving because of location and price.
