Generally it is average accomodations, grounds up keep below average.... maintain ace is very serious concern on the negative end.

Its been only a month so could be early to review much but below are few things I went through: 1. Staff is not at all helpful. They treat residents or applicants badly with ignorance. 2. Very inefficient/ignorant staff to respond back to queries or concerns. 3. It took almost a month to get the washer dryer installed in workable condition. And staff has just answer for reason of delay, "I don't know" 4. They are so busy at office that they will rarely pick your call and never revert back for your messages you left on voice mail. I reached for 5-6 days on call and left many messages but never got any call back. 5. Amenities are the nightmare. gym without dumbbell. and broken wires for months. only treadmill is working there. Rooms are without lights. Flooring is very cheap in the apartment. 6. Quality of apartment build quality is very poor. They paint the bath tub, never seen before. 7. If people at apartment upstairs even stand, woods of ceiling in the lower floor will creak like they may comedown anytime. 8. On top of that their management has list of excuses for your concerns. 9. Height of making use of situation. I needed apartment badly, they took 3 days even after completing my screening. And on top of that I applied and paid for apartment ABC and on the time of taking possession I found Apt XYZ on the welcome letter. And they don't even bother to inform or discuss this change with customer after wasting their 10 days. And knowing that future residents are staying in hotel. This list is small for now and many more to come in future. Their higher management or owner should look into these concerns and should reach to residents atleast once in a quarter for their concerns else they will loose future residents.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant to talk to great personalitys

It’s a nice environment i have no worries in my complex, its no noise you dont have people bothering you, you sleeo peacefully. The staff is real good plus maintenance

Its a safe place to live. There’s a lot of retail stores and restaurants nearby.

It’s been a great experience living In Tiffany Square Apartments. Very quiet neighborhood in the middle of all the shopping centers. The Staff is great and are always there to lend a helping hand.
